Kai Brynner is the daughter of Princess Eleanor Stirling and Logan Brynner.

An only child, Kai has spent her childhood thus far living in Carthmere, where she is well cared for but largely ignored by both her parents.

Since her uncle King Richard cannot produce an heir, Kai is next in line to the throne - a position which has placed the child in grave danger.
